The summer, I have travelled all over Chins, staying at other Holiday Inn Express. If they are going to be the same and charge the same, they should have same facilities. The people were excellent! Our stay was great. The front desk, house keeping all were great. Another side note, This is a huge tourist place. Be patient, not enough taxis or didi. "
