“The A/C worked well and was quiet. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our toilet lever didn't work. We unpacked and pulled out the couch bed, got all situated before we discovered the toilet. Since it was a Sunday, there was no maintenance available to fix it. The only remedy was to change rooms, which they offered. But, with 3 small kids and already all unpacked and one kid was asleep on the bed, we stayed. Had to take off the top of the back of the stool and put out hand in the water to manually...

“The pool had algae growing at the water line and in corners. The fridge in my room did not work. The carpet in my room was soaked in the corner by the AC.”

“Staff was friendly. Picked the hotel for other reasons but one was for how good the reviews were on the breakfast. We were disappointed in the breakfast. Actually only ate there one morning out of four. That cost us extra money to buy breakfast elsewhere that we hadn't budgeted on. Otherwise happy with the hotel.”
