"We had an excellent day. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in March and was a little wet so our teenagers enjoyed the indoor pool, paddle, crazy golf, table, tennis and gym. We used the on-site shop and restaurant for a pizza takeaway. we find it very handy to explore the local area. All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. "

"Our apartment was far better than I’d expected for the price. It was spacious, had amazing views and was well equipped. And we were even offered a change of towels during our 7 day stay. The pool and pool area were superb and the reception staff on duty were friendly and helpful. All in all we were delighted with our apartment. "

We didn't like the fact that we only had hot water for 1 x day - Sunday (out of 5 x nights). Having hot water in your room is the minimum that you should expect. The water was only just about warm. "This hotel and its staff were exceptional. The breakfast was so delicious. The turn down service was so pleasant. We even received complimentary pajamas. Olivia and Hanah were amazing. The service is very personalized and the establishment is impeccable. The only issue is that we received the Zahara room and it is just too small. My husband and I just did not fit in this room. "Poor check in. Travel companion speaks Spanish, but info on night locking gates was terribly incomplete. At night had to scale wall to reach reach room! Shower dud nit maintain twmperature. Bounced between cold & hot."
