“This is such a delightful departure from just a "hotel or motel" on one's journey. In fact, despite it's rural location, it is truly a destination. There are not word to describe how lovely this property is and how robust an experience one can enjoy here. Do yourself a favor and do not book a cookie cut-out accommodation, book here and enjoy the kind hospitality, the serene surroundings and the added amenities of spa services. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back!”

“Interesting experience. There is no on-site staff, but the building is in excellent (restored) condition. You let yourself in with the door code and then you’re on your own. The on-site restaurant is not operating, so we drove a couple miles for dinner. We made breakfast from what was on site. Thankfully there was no noise from the railroad outside. We’ll be back.”

“Lovely cabin in a nice area close to Mt. Hood Village. The communication from the Meredith management group was good as well. Here are a few notes: 1. Pay attention to the directions they give you, Google/Apple maps will not take you right to the house 2. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to cook in this house 3. The bathroom is really big and roomy, a luxury for a cabin like this 4. The door code was a little tricky to figure out, you need to hit * after the code you are given...

“This is a beautiful home with lovely gardens and rooms. We enjoyed our stay. It was an drive to the business district, breweries and down to the river. The Secret Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the attached bathroom had plenty of counter space. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. “The RubyJune is a wonderful little spot. Gretchen and Chris are incredibly devoted to making your stay as personal as they can. It is a little oasis all on its own, with sweet gardens and fire pits and wine/beer in the refrigerator. Breakfast is delicious in the cozy kitchen.
