"The hotel was clean and plenty of room for our family. We had a maintenance issue when we checked in and they immediately came up to the room to fix it and the problem was resolved within the hour. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It's a nice and clean hotel which is pretty close to metro station, the river, and many cafes. The room I was staying in was spacious with a big window and comfortable bed. The shower room was nice and clean. It had soap and conditioner but for some reason had no shampoo (maybe they just forgot about it..?) "Rooms were a bit small but the beds were comfy. We liked the extra pillows and clean towels every day. We wished the TVs had an English option as we couldn’t really use it or watch anything on it."

Great place for shopping, food, drink… it’s also very close to Nampo station to get the metro anywhere in Busan. The hotel itself was great. "Clean, quiet and convenient. Walking distance to food and shopping. Although we didnt ask for daily cleaning of the room, the staff provided fresh towels, toilet paper and drinks. Easy check in and put via whatapps. For improvement, could provide more information in English on rubbish disposal. "

"I definitely liked this hotel as my room had a direct view of haeundae beach and it was very large, clean and easy to find. The only downside was the self check in kiosk. I was not sent a text message or a reservation number either on hotels.com, my email from the hotel or in the app. It meant I had to call up the number to ask for the reservation number which wasn’t ideal. I get the point of not having a check in desk but for situations like this that’s definitely why it’s needed "
