"The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again for my business trip, yes I really would."

"Very convenient location close to the main station and city centre. Was clean and the staff were super friendly. Only down side was that it was slightly noisy with the windows open. You can hear quite a few sirens as the police station was just opposite."

"When we arrived we had been allocated a different room to the one we booked. It seems this was due to miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel itself. However the staff on the desk were very helpful and resolved the problem within a few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the small kitchette is a huge bonus. "

"Check in was easy, room was ready early! Room was large size, bathroom too. Bed was comfortable. Shower was small and shower-head was not working well, would not stay in place. blow dryer stopped after a few minutes. Room was quiet at night. There is no A/C in the room, but had large windows - you can open Breakfast was included and very good. Location is next to Cathedral and Train Station - very short walk. You can see Cathedral! Overall - good stay."

"Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery. There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks. It is an older hotel so the key is an actual key to open the door with a weigh at the end of it. It was good for two nights. There is a one for...

"Hotel was very basic, the best feature being the car park underneath. It was noisy at night. Clean and tidy but no frills. "

"Wonderful friendly people, good food in the restaurant, our room was lovely with lots of natural light and it also had a balcony. The breakfast was great. And all this came at a price that was very reasonable. If we get the chance to visit Witten again, this is definitely the hotel we would choose. The gentleman on reception, Holger, was very welcoming and made us feel at home. "
