"Next to downtown Borongan but quiet at the suites. My room was clean and comfortable, with good bathroom and fresh linen available. Proprietors and staff very friendly and helpful, and I was made to feel at home - much appreciated as a solo traveler. Just a short walk to the main street, and nearby are plenty of eateries, bakeshops, tea and coffee places. Lots of tricycles around for more distant locations. "Have stayed here several times. Staff are vet friendly and helpful. Resort is a short walk from Baybay Boulevard to get food, drink and socialise in the evening. At the resort there is/was live entertainment most nights. Food is good."

"A surprise to find a lovely hotel there. There was a Valentines dinner with a large buffet an a free cocktail. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was fine. Strong hot water. The breakfast was filipino with your choice of eggs. 5th floor bat and snscks great"

"The wi-fi was limited. Despite being on a major road the location felt isolated, transportation early in the morning could be a challenge. Otherwise decent stay."

The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen."

"Was happy to stay there, bed was nice, would stay again, although Tacloban shuts down by 8pm, not exactly a tourist haven, not sure I need to visit Tacloban again. "
