"Lovely clean hotel, room was a good size and very nicely presented. No tea or coffee making facilities which was disappointing. No plug for the bath, when requested was promised for the same day but was not supplied. When questioning this at reception was told couldn't have a bath due to water shortages, which I understand, but I was told I should ask the staff on reception in the morning? Not very helpful as i already had asked the morning reception staff. Overall the stay was very pleasant and...

"The location was perfect. I wish I realized that the bathroom had no door because I stayed there with my sister so that was awkward but the room was beautiful and the hotel was super clean and it was so close to all the sights and shopping "
