"My new favorite Austin hotel! Really great boutique hotel just minutes from downtown and a couple of blocks off the lake and Austin greenbelt. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a great sense of that famous "Austin Funkiness" while still feeling high quality, with great little details and touches everywhere you look. Having a hip austin coffeeshop on premises and many restaurants and bars within a short walk was also a plus. Can't wait to stay again!"

"What I love is the staff and the price. I had chatted too the three staff on duty and they were both helpful. I had the one bedroom suite and it was at 119$. That's very cheap. "

"I was amazed at how easy it was to check in virtually. The staff communicated with me via text the entire stay. I had two guests for four hours and got charged $35 each for parking, which I thought was a little unfair. If they had spent the night, I would have gotten it. "

"This place is a gem! Wonderful hosts and food, charming lodging space, and a close walk to some really cool shopping. This is in a residential area just off South Congress. Our stay has been a great experience."

"Property has good amenities and is in a great location, but is not overall a place that I would want to stay for a while: the construction is shoddy (uneven floors, poor fitting doors, single-paned windows admitting noise) and there is a lot of noise from the nearby street. Definitely okay for a few days. Bring earplugs!"
