"Very unique experience as compared to a standard hotel room. Loved the fireplace!! "

"The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very nice. My one complaint is we had to ask for everything. Rooms were not cleaned once, we had to ask for additional towels, ran out of toilet paper had to ask twice for more. Our room was 79 degrees was we arrived, air conditioning was not working so we were moved to another room. By the end of the stay, those small things were inconvenient."

"This hotel is lovely. Clean, modern, nicely appointed. Our rooms were large. The restaurant was fantastic - great food and decor. The included continental breakfast was very good. The location in Kingston was charming. There are just 3 things keeping me from giving a 5 star review: first, it was not clear to us when booking that the rooms are in several buildings 2 blocks apart, so we hauled all our luggage out, put it back in the car, and hauled it out again - in the rain. "The hotel is under renovation but we were in a finished room which was excellent except for the mattresses...update them and it's a 5 🌟 "

"Great experience; well-equipped and beautifully decked room. Some of the pieces were so unique and well-chosen. Bathroom was great too. Brandon was nice enough to provide us with suggestions for places to visit nearby. Breakfast options can be expanded but we didn’t mind that. Would definitely recommend."

"This was easily the loveliest place we have ever stayed. The staff are so kind and accommodating, the food is delicious, and the grounds are beautiful. Inness has so much to offer and so many areas to explore. We couldn’t have picked a better location for our engagement shoot. "

"Beautiful location! Food was delish though I did ask the waitress for a hamburger medium rare and it came back well. Sooo not sure if she heard me or the chef slipped. Drinks are small and expensive. Ambiance is top notch! Open air dining but the Hudson, even on a cloudy day it was beautiful. "

"The hotel was very nice. If you are looking for peace and quiet, look no further. You have a peaceful trout stream that flows behind it. Only downside is no major amenities near by. "

"We did enjoy and we have been here several times but def needs some upgrades especially arcade and prizes! It was kids week (presidents week) wish there was some more free activites and kid friendly movies day we were their it was Oppenheimer both 10am and 9pm! Pool was great thw inflatables and soccer room great the dining room staff wonderful!!"

"Been here last year and decided to go back because we enjoyed it a lot last year,same this year,very clean,great location,quite during the week,it does get busy starting Friday. Good shopping and dining options around although limited on operating hours. The Hotel restaurant is upscale and have a nice vibe but not the best for kids."
