"This hotel offers a comfortable and strategically situated accommodation near the Historical Center. While its location is commendable, attention to diversifying breakfast options is imperative. Nevertheless, it remains an excellent choice for lodging in Toledo."

"Parking was very hard to do. We struggled taking up the luggage, It Was the mission no parking around it. AC didn’t work. "

"This is an excellent hotel for a stay and you need to be fit to walk into town Toledo. Food was excellent and staff are really helpful but there is no tea or coffee making facility which wax the only disappointment."

"Very cool hotel with more than expected. Even a pool. Huge bedroom. Huge and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with large shower. Even toiletries were great quality. Bar/cafe served simple good quality food and staff extremely helpful. "

"The room was big enough that you won't hit your toes against anything. The breakfast was okay and priced well. The desk attendants were very helpful and provided good tips. I would stay again if I find myself in Toledo again."

"Excellent place to stay. Very clean and quiet. The room has everything you need for your stay..dental kits, shaving kits, shampoo and soap. All included. Even the city wristband to view certain historic sites, which is usually 12 EU per person."

"We stayed at the Abad apartments. The apartment was the best one of our travels with a large living room, large kitchen, substantial bath and very functional kitchen. The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy at the nearby parking lot. The location was outstanding on the edge of the old city. "

"The hotel has private parking for 14€. Very convenient location to the escalators leading up to the historic city. There is a restaurant /cafeteria and a buffet breakfast 12€ pp. There are several rooms choices to choose from. We would definitely stay again. "

"I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and very cozy. I liked it a lot in that sense. However, there was a pit smell in the reception area which was not comfortable. Additionally, you can hear other guests through the walls. Overall it was a good experience because the hotel looks really nice. However, I would explore other options next time. "

"We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again."
