"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. "The facility itself was nice, but the management could improve…a lot..! Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool. The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didn’t want anyways). La Terrace water park…many of the jacuzzis weren’t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds. Unless you rent overpriced cabanas, there’s no place to sit for a while. Calacatta’s infinity pool was nice but the water was a bit too cold.. even though I think the website advertises that the pools at this resort runs all year round with warm water. "
