“My stay was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite the confirmed 12:00 PM check-in time, I was made to wait until 2:00 PM without a satisfactory explanation or apology. The reception staff were unwelcoming, aggressive in their attitude, and far from customer-friendly. Instead of making guests feel valued, they came across as rude and unhelpful.

“The hotel had aa beautiful picture on Expedia that attracted me to reserve the place. Car could not enter through the narrow long lane to the hotel. It was night time my plane landed and the lane was dark. Next when I arrived the manager said he rejected Expedia’s price. He quoted me more than double the price. I checked the room.
