"Al momento della prenotazione le foto della struttura erano completamente diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato. Da una struttura tipica con stanze a capanna abbiamo soggiornato in bungalows in muratura completamente nuovi ma impersonali. Il contorno tenuto bene e carino. Cosa gravissima mi è stato rubato un costume dentro la valigia in camera e per questo ho ricevuto soltanto delle scuse da parte del ragazzo della reception e non dalla direzione. E' stata una vera violazione della privacy."

They picked us up at the airport, helped with delayed luggage, arranged trips and fixed transportation to our next destination. On top of that, their kitchen is amazing. Great breakfast, lunches and dinners. The view to the ocean and the continuous winds are spectacular. If it gets too hot you can jump in the pool. Top, top experience. "

"The communication regarding the transfer to the apartment was excellent, and the manager was very responsive. The location is beautiful - amazing view of the ocean, close to the beach, nice swimming pool. The apartment was also very clean and the appliances and general amenities were nice. The structure could use some maintenance (window could not shut because wood was swollen, counters cracked...). But with some general maintenance would be very nice."

Il manager Osvaldo ci ha collocato in altro lodge a sue spese (lodge Mamma Mia. Decisamente più economico ma passabile per una notte visto la situazione) giorno dopo ha provveduto a mandarci a prendere per la colazione presso Palmeiras lodge, la camera come prenotato era pronta e a fine soggiorno ci ha rimborsato la notte che non abbiamo passato al...
