"Bed was super comfy, tv remote was challenging to use but could have been low battery? The bathroom counter is worn out and the bottom wood was chipping and a piece poked me under the finger nail when i went to get toilet paper"

"We had paid for a king size bed in an accessible room. The shower had a 3 inch edge to step inside,no bench and no grab bars. My husband has mobility issues and cannot stand for long so he was not able to use the shower. It was not accessible. The towels were stained and poor quality. "

"Everything was excellent however unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not cleaned before we got there. We could see traces of human …… in the Jacuzzi, therefore paid to get upgraded into the Hollywood suite. Hollywood suites in my opinion was a five star rating"

"The property was well maintained and quiet. Decided to stay here so my kids could go swimming. Got the king size bed with couch pull out - I must say this, it is probably the largest hotel room I have stayed in. No shortage of space. Will probably stay here in the future as the pool is a great size and my children were tall enough to stand in the shallow end. 0.9 metre in the shallow end. 1.4 in the deepest end. Perfect for my 5 and 7 year old. "

"Is great staffing very welcoming, if you have kids this location have great pool and great location close to everthing you need including west Edmonton mall. Sometimes kids are a bit noise but we do have kids so we are Ok with that. I recommend for sure. "
