"For the price point it was an excellent stay. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the freeway and old town. The room was big. The couch was a little too soft and I sunk right in to it. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever had, but wasn’t the worst either. Overall I’d recommend this hotel. "

"Great location, A bit too loud on the freeway side. Bed was comfortable. Room is too small for 4 adults (2 late teens). Amazing breakfast! Overall we would stay there again. "

"We stayed 1 night. The location is literally next to an outdoor mall and Trader Joe’s. The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing that was a bother was the room next to us. I had to call twice regarding loud yelling. It sounded like there were more than 4 people next door having an after party. It was right before 2am they finally settled down. Right after I called the front desk and spoke to a “Mike,” I heard a woman from that room say “quiet down, Mike’s calling.”"

"Very cool, Hot Springs! I would have given the property an excellent, but it is still under renovation. The rooms are super spacious and love the design, we stayed in the Lakeside building - it seemed like the walls were paper thin because we could hear the people next to us laughing and carrying on around 11 PM… so that was a negative…. We did not have massage or use the bath house facilities, so can’t comment on that area! "

"I booked this room for my mom who needed a couple of days rest. She couldn’t stop expressing how much she loved the room with the kitchen and said she was never going to leave. She also said that the staff were so very nice to her. She really needed that so I’m so grateful for everyone who made her feel welcome. "

"This was a very nice property in the staff were excellent. The pools and Jacuzzi very very nice. The pool was perfect temperature wise. Did you could walk right in with no issues at all with the cold very unheard of at hotels. The tiny house or cottage was very nice. Just big enough two. I would definitely go back again. "
