“Stayed here for one night on business. Great location, right in the centre of town. Reception staff were incredibly helpful including doing some printing for me quite late on a Sunday evening. Executive spa room was very spacious and well equipped (including with a huge modern spa bathtub). Good range of lighting in the room with warm globes in a range of lamps, which is a welcome change from many motel rooms. Very comfortable bed with an electric blanket which is a must in Horsham in winter....

When we arrived the desk person said we had paid for a higher rated room than had been allocated so they swapped the room. I said we would be leaving early and asked if there was a key box. “The team at Charlton Motel were very accomodating with a very late check-in everything was organised for my arrival. The motel is pet friendly for a small additional fee which is fantastic. My little poodle had a great time. Rooms are neat, clean, well presented and comfortable. A great stop over on a long trip or a great base to explore the local area.”
