"The place is spotless, professional, and easily accessible on foot, buses, or subway. However, a couple of notable things. First, depending on the room, the bed mattress was very shallow and uncomfortable. If you are staying more than a couple of day, I'd avoid "Superior Twin." Two, it was awesome that it came with included breakfast. Though, the breakfast was definitely not catered towards any western palates (like breads, scrambled eggs, and bacon). They got plenty of varieties for any rice...

"The room lacked AC. So it got a bit warm for my taste. The room was comfortable besides not being able to control the temp. You can open the window but did not help much. "

"Pros: Clean, close to Everland, comfortable beds. Cons: For 16$ breakfast - very poor selection, nothing interesting around to see, not many parking spots. No drinking water in rooms."

"Hotel was nice and nicely located close to lots of food options as well as a shopping mall. We were easily able to take a taxi anywhere, including the local market. Staff was very polite and there was even a decent breakfast buffet were my father was able to get his "eggs and bacon". The room was spacious and downstairs cafe had a latte machine that offered many options. "

"Good price and good hotel. Located near Lotte center and other metro stations. Near to Asan Medical Center who is attending courses or coming to Asan Medical center for other reasons. Near to local restaurants and nice parks around here. "

"Room is clean and well maintained. A small complaint on the lack of a dustbin in the wash basin area. Requested for an extension of check out time and was told that it's WON10,000 per hour. I rejected and the counter staffer told me that if i gave a good review, the hotel offers 1 hour free extension. Hmmmm........ Decided to turn down the offer and go for early checkout instead. "A nice apartment that was good size for 6 of us. We stayed for 3 nights. Slightly further away from all the facilities of the park but there’s a shuttle to the next hotel. The hotel isn’t exactly catered for overseas guests. Most staff only know very basic English and don’t budge about slightly early check ins and outs. They also do not store your luggage, which was a real pain when we arrived earlier than the check in time. "

"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. I almost got scared that I was not be able to get my car key back. "

"Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty...
