"poorly managed & poorly maintained facilities late check in was slow & thru a window slot (lobby locked) exterior of room door had rusted metal, paint peeling security latch on door was broken/bent, non functional (previous door break in) water was seeping up thru bath floor tiles in the morning (source?) coffee in lobby in morning was watery. went out to get coffee & card key would not work (idk?). waited 5 mins for someone to come to desk to reactivate card. gave only my room number (no name, no id) and they gave me a room key. old mattresses. thin bedding sheets and comforter. towels smelled off, altho looked clean never again. spend an additional $100 when visiting Athens…"
