However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. "Well located Hotel near the Sofia train and coach stations. Also close to tram/metro links for the city. Very welcoming reception, very helpful staff too. Allocated room was nice and quiet although bathroom could have been a little cleaner (black mold in sealant). Excellent breakfast included in the price. The Wi-Fi works well and all in all would use again."
