Clean, with the exception of the 'Palmetto Bug', aka cockroach on the kitchen floor at 3AM, which was the size of a small car... The cash 'cleaning fee' that I was charged after I arrived wasn't fun either, though I was told via email in advance I would be. Can't say I agree with this practice, felt like I was being robbed..."
