"What was great: Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast options, great service all around. What was not so great: It was 78-80 degrees in Huelva (in March) for the days we stayed there. The room was an oven and there was no A/C. When we contacted the reception, they told us that the A/C is only turned on in the summer months. "Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"We really enjoyed our stay, we chose the hotel as it is close to El Rocio and we wanted to go to the Pilgrimage. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and efficient and it is situated on the edge of town making it easy to access from the main road in. We would have liked to have had coffee in the restaurant after our evening meal rather than having to go to the bar. Would recommend to anyone"

"Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment.
