"Super friendly staff - couldn’t have been any nicer. The rooms are clean and comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. The only thing that lets it down - and it lets it down BADLY to the extend we wouldn’t stay here again is that the food is appalling. You have no choice in this area but to eat at the hotel and sadly it is dire. "

"Great "stop off" for me and family on way back to UK from skiing trip. Very close to motorway so very easy to find. Had family room (for 4). Room was decent size, beds comfy. Breakfast was very good and included in room price so made it a good value stay. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. Local (faster foods) eating was available within a short walking distance."

"The property was wonderful and as a guest I appreciated the key security to get into the hotel, as it is located near the train station with a lot of street traffic. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. So we gave up and left the hotel and had our drinks and spent our money elsewhere. If you can't staff...
