Dolomiti Superski 4 Stars Hotels

"It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well. Other than that, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this...

"My photo group stayed here for 3 wonderful nights. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable with large pillows. The staff is excellent and attentive. The breakfast was awesome - very nice selection and fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking the center of town. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay here again."

"My husband and I travel internationally often and not are easily impressed. This boutique hotel is lovely, charming and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! The front desk staff was friendly & helpful - thank you, Roberto, Francesca and Monica!!! We’ve got a traffic ticket and they helped us to deal with that. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone! "

"We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. "

"Best thing is location for this hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms are large. But, in general, the hotel needs a refresh as carpets, doors, furniture are a bit old."

"The Wifi not working the whole time. Front desk reset the modem still not working. Find your own street parking. We got the room that hide behind with no view. Our deck was under an outside stairs. Its a share deck. Have to walk to someone else deck to get a view. Shower head won’t stay up keep fall down. Asked front desk for hiking suggestion, not quite helpful, his English is limited, the area was outside the map he has. Breakfast was just average…overall, this hotel has an old and cheap...

"The hosts and their sons have created a stellar property. Meals are mostly excellent, facilities are modern, clean and chique. Views over Brixen/Bressanone are lovely. A good rest stop to put up your feet and just relax after many days hiking in the area. "

"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "

"Nice modern hotel in heart of a ski town, easy to walk to everywhere (also convenient bus system to get to neighborhood towns). Very friendly staff. "

"Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Underground parking is a bonus. Very good service with many great tips for hiking in the area. There was construction going on beside the property but it didn’t really bother us since we are early risers. Many of the restaurants in the area were closed. Would recommend the hotel for adults if visiting the area."

"The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables . "
