"As soon as you see the castle/hotel at the end of the driveway, it is an amazing sight to see! We saved this hotel for the last night of our trip, knowing we would be too tired to really venture far from it. We didn't eat/drink at the restaurants on sight as they were just not to our taste ( a bit too upscale for us ). We went to a local pub for a quick bite then walked back to the hotel. The room was great, very big and clean. If you are wheelchair bound, then it's perfect as it was set up for those particular needs. We were not, so I can only assume that all the rooms are that way? The little nook where you can make tea etc needs a light in there, as it was too dark to see what you were doing. The bathroom was HUGE, and the water pressure was perfect. Sadly we were there for too short of a time to really explore the hotel, but what we did see was beautiful. Highly recommend."

"Short stay in Dublin, on the North side of the River, where the hotel is located a shirt distance away from the shops, plenty of eateries, and local bars/pubs. In less than ten minutes walk you can make it across the River to explore the South side (Temple Bar). Staff were excellent, upon the check in and check out experience. Helpful, friendly and welcoming, making sure that any needs were met, or actually offered before we could ask,"
