The staff is rude, and they stole my sunglasses that I left in the hotel lobby. The Italian manager claimed that cameras were not working and that they were only able to see the recordings from Stone Town where is situated their headquarter. "This was an amazing boutique property with pleasant and very helpful staff. With all that said, the only negative is the immediate area/neighborhood outside of the gate. The management should spend more to enhance the standard of the area and help the people living in that area. This would make it more inviting for guests like us who wanted to go fora walk the area."
