"We were blown away by this hotel. We arrived around 8pm after a long day of train travel. We were greeted by Marc and he was very kind. He immediately asked us if we had eaten (which we had not) and recommended the restaurant downstairs (Ramen, very good). He also did not rush our check in and was very thorough.
