"There is no AC and there are no fans available. Leaving windows open helps with heat in room But then you aren’t able to block sunlight. Beautiful location and hotel. Lacks AC. "

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Spa/pool area is really nice! Especially after a day of skiing! Although note that it closes at 7PM and not 8PM as it’s indicated. Definitely would recommend. "

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...
