Finishes are below par, facilities not open - beach has no sand, although brochures show it as a feature 'close to beach' hence misleading, Spa not open. And the staff need some training and English language improvement. While they were incredibly attentive, it was quite annoying being asked every time they passed you "how is your stay with us, anything we can do" when all you want to do is relax."
