Tuan Chau Island 4 Stars Hotels

Everything was perfect

LOVED this staff. Everything about this cruise was wonderful. The rooms are huge for a small boat and you can't beat the views. Splurge and book the two nights, you'll be glad you did.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, the restaurant had nice well presented food. If you are looking for a beach resort holiday I wouldn't choose this hotel until they have completed their expansion, once this has been done I can only imagine it will be the place to go.

They switched to Tulip cruise and gave us an upgrade to 2 VIP rooms for our family. It was beautiful. Wonderful staffing. Food needs to be improved.

A highlight for us. Staff was great, room was lovely (we got a balcony with our room and it was lovely and very romantic), food was pretty good.

We had a bedroom with a little balcon with an excellent view. The food was great. We loved that The cruise was small ( 7 bedrooms), because that made The whole experience more intimate. I would definetely recomend this experience and i think one night is enough. The only bad thing is that on The way to ha long, you ride a bus that stops on a production worshop that sells everything for 20 minutes. Maybe it should stop only going there ( not on both rides) or make The stop shorter only for The...

The Rosa Boutique cruise was a small size cruise that provides a comfortable setting to chat with other guests but enough space to sit quietly as well. The meals on the cruise are extensive and tasty. The guide was helpful and accessible. During the kayaking part, he joined the group to ensure everyone had a good experience.

Staff was great and food was amazing. Also really enjoyed the activities on the 3 day 2 night cruise. Highly recommend!

Room was clean but common bathroom had sanitary issues . Older boat but maintained well . Staff was friendly and very helpful ( mainland and onboard ).Great view in room , bathroom and common areas. I love the small group vibe . Food was outstanding!!

Our VIP status gave us one of the best rooms on the cruise ship. We were also offered a free bottle of wine. Most of the cruise lines seem to be very similar we would rate this between the 3 star and a 4 star. Staff was amazing. The boat was lots of fun, very relaxing since there’s only 20 or 30 rooms on the entire ship. Once you get to the harbor, they take you on a smaller boat out to the main ship which is about a 30 to 40 minute boat ride both ways. Check was very easy. Food is good with...

The best. Shuttle turned out to be private van for us 2. AC and only 3 hrs. Coffee shop awaited us and a market place with "cheap" backpack-bought 3 for total of $35. Cruise was great calm seas. Boating for 1 hr was included and we loved it. Food good and plenty w reception. Our room was upgraded. Super nice. Ship shower.

The room was much bigger than I expected and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. 🙂

The Lyra Grandeur is the brand new 2025 sister ship to the Capella, with a modern Indochine chic and beautifully appointed rooms. We loved the welcoming and helpful attitude of the entire staff. The boat itself has amazing open indoor and outside common spaces that offer endless options for selfies and family photos. Our room was so beautiful and the bed was great for sleeping, featuring fine linens and nicely firm… very quiet too. What we also loved was the food, very high quality lunch...

My husband and I recently enjoyed the Hera Grand Luxury Cruise on Halong Bay, and it was a magical experience! The beautiful wioden boat, with its elegant design, provided the perfect setting for our adventure. Our cabin was spacious, and the amenities were outstanding. A special mention goes to Minh, the cruise manager, who ensured that every detail was taken care of. His warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was incredibly kind and courteous. We highly...
