"Beautiful lake front hotel, with breathtaking views, great location and everything walkable. The complimentary tea/coffee and juice plus sweets most welcome. Staff very friendly and helpful. Look forward to going back in the future. "

"Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room."

"Easy hotel for an overnight stay between legs of a journey. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t try the restaurant. The only negative was the inability of an Uber to drive up to the entrance, and our inability to give the driver any directions because of the lack of any hotel personnel at the front desk."

"From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. This view of the lake from our room was like a postcard! Just beautiful!!"

"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."

"Property parking was not convenient and instructions for.parking were not clear. Instructions for HVAC system and television were also difficult to discern and required staff assistance. Americans use ice in their drinks and it was NOT AVAILABLE. The bartender did not want to provide more than a cupfull. WE ARE USED TO ICE BUCKETS"

"CitizenM is excellent. The rooms are smaller but very well designed. The shower is great. The bed is very comfortable. I wish I had the same at home. The hotel is right next to the old city. Just walk up the stairs across the street to many views, shops and restaurants. We found the iPad to be too complicated, even tho we are both tech savvy. Needs an upgrade. Some things are easier without this “convenience” such as turning on lights manually and using a remote for the TV. We gave up on the...

"Beautiful hotel and great staff. Our room was really comfy and cleaned. The food was really good as well, they have a beautiful restaurant and room service 24h 7/7. We highly recommend if you need an hotel close of the Lyon's Airport."
