"We had a great Family room that has been refurbished, with a view of the pier/prom. Loads of space and really nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, with loads of choice at the buffet. If I had any criticism, it would only be that hotel bathroom designers hate people over 6ft"

"The staff were excellent room was clean but the bathroom could do with a upgrade plastic shower curtain and shower water was that hot we couldn't a just the temperature so had to bath . Evening meal was excellent in the bar "

"Parking was great. Fire alarm went off early in the morning and woke us all up. Corridor lighting was poor, security at front desk was poor"

"Hotel was spotlessly clean, and in a greatly great location. Parking was ok, they have a small carpark, which they made very clear before coming, but a lot of gusts arrive by other means. The food was really good, and staff very helpful. The reception was always very busy, they seem to put a lot on the team there. The steam room and sauna were not working and pool was tiny, incredibly busy, and a little dirty."

"Room was huge - we had the disabled access one. The bathroom is the biggest I’d seen. A few stains on the carpet but they been scrubbed as best they could. Would have liked some bedside lights, ended up using the TV on a scrambled signal to give a little light. Staff were friendly and really helpful. To the point of intervening with parking because it’s free at the weekend. Top tip - if you’re heading to Winchester, get the bus. Bus stop a short walk away, the route I direct, every 10mins. £3 til 6pm then £1."
