"Staff always have a smile and will get you anything you need. Nice and clean room and communal areas, good variety of food. Great location if you are visiting for the Safari, only ten minutes up the road. The transition centre, where you can see the young elephants being fed, is even closer. "

"+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you again Sameera, we will hopefully see you again one day!

"Everything was outstanding, the staff was friendly, extremely polite and made sure everything was to our liking. We splurged in the dinner train experience. It was well worth the extra.
