"Extremely friendly (yet professional) staff. From check-in through check-out, their service was flawless!! The gym’s on the smaller side and there are only a handful sunbeds that the guests use to work on their laptops or take long naps and the staff didn’t bother shooing them away for other guests who were present to actually enjoy the pool—the only downside from my stay"

"A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Great villa and private pool set up and approx 15mins car ride to both Da Nang and Hoi An so lots of great options to enjoy and explore. We went snorkelling to Cham Islands and thoroughly recommend also. "

"Very big family friendly hotel. Spacious rooms with bacony. Enjoyed the seaview from the bacony while taking a dip in the bathtub. Buffet breakfast have a variety of food. Alot of activities to do around the hotel such as water park, onsen and swimming pool. "

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were all amazing and we loved our spacious suite with our own private pool. We had a great time splashing in the waves on the pristine beach and were in awe of the stunning green hills surrounding the resort. It is in a tucked away location, but there were tours and shuttles available to guests, also plenty of activities on site. We were just happy to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery!"

The service was slow in the evening, there was a lack of options in the restaurant menu, there was a lack of kitchen facilities for villa options, there was no hand towel in some bathrooms, and there was no full length mirror, there was an excellent amount of choice for breakfast both western and Asian, it was very clean, the gardens were beautiful, and the pools were immaculate "
