I have stayed at/visited several hotels in Gaborone, some of which might be classed as more "high end". The Travelodge compares with and often surpasses mostnof them. The rooms are large, comfortable and impeccably clean (as is the whole hotel). Dinning options are good but the real gem is the quality and friendliness of the staff throughout, from reception to housekeeping to dinning/bar staff. Clearly led by a friendly and dedicated GM. Highly recommended!

I loved the staff! They were all very friendly and made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. The breakfasts were phenomenal, rooms extremely clean and the beds super comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here!

The place is not at downtown Gabs, but the location is very quiet and looked safe while we were there. The staff is very responsible and concerned about the guests. Definitely a good experience with them. They gave us good advices about places to go and told us a little bit about the country during small talks. It was amazing! If you are by car it's possible to see the whole city in one day. Go in other day to the Mokolodi, the price is fair and it's a good experience when in Gabs. When I come...

We love this hotel. We have stayed at several different hotels in Gaborone on past visits. This one is our favorite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet. We also liked that it was a very short walk to Riverwalk shops and restaurants.

Very easy check in check out. I checked in late at 10.00 pm. I left early the next morning at 5.00, a taxi was arranged and very close to the airport. Very clean.

Workers have low English proficiency . There was a challenge when trying to communicate with some of the workers. Although the reception and all other things were generally ok.They must improve in this regard. Some workers are good but only the one that I communicated with when I left the place
