"We had a wonderful time at Layana. The transportation from Krabi airport was very much appreciated. It was very hot in Thailand while we were there and the pool was great, we spent hours around it and in it. We rented a scooter to drive around the island, Traffic was limited and we felt safe driving them around the island, Layana recommended the Turtle Beach resort for dinner and it was very good. Our room was very large"

"Absolute paradise. Amazing hotel in an amazing quite fairly deserted beach. This part of Krabi is just bliss - very quiet with a few very good restaurants but what more do you need? The hotel is totally beautiful, room is wonderful and staff are amazing. What more can I say - I extended my stay for the longest that I could before I had to get a flight to Kathmandu. If not - I am not sure I would ever have left."

"Amazing property! So well kept and maintained. The staff are the best hotel staff we've met in the world! The beach is fantastic, and very clean. You can't really see it much in the photos, but honestly the hotel beach was one of the best to swim in, even in comparison to Ao Nang, Railay, Phi Phi and Hong Island. The two infinity pools; both facing the ocean are absolutely beautiful. The cocktail hour at Breeze Bar is a must. Most of all, we truly enjoyed the company of the lovely and friendly...

"Quiet secluded resort on northern end of Phi Phi Don. Boat ride away from nice beaches and snorkeling. Cute, comfortable, private bungalows for rooms. Low tides are extreme, so swimming is limited to high tide. Note that none of the resort restaurants have AC - they are all open-air, so if there is a heat wave, it can be uncomfortable to eat outside, but they do offer room service to your bungalow, which has an AC unit."

"It was a beautiful experience to stay at Centara Grand in Krabi. We felt like we were in paradise. Incredible location. It was fun to boat in and also to be able to take the "Monkey Tail" into town. "
