"It was an amazing experience with the warmth and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious modern and clean. Very close to the convention centre and a short walk. The breakfast was good. The lunch and dinner buffets need to be having more variety. The staff are super friendly and overall a good experience. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Chedi in Muscat in early April and found it a very relaxing place to stay with family including teenagers. The staff were very friendly and courteous. One suggestion is to improve the atmosphere by arranging some activities and themed nights to engage the guests."

"Our stay in Muscat was made wonderful by the fabulous staff at the Sheraton. The reception, executive lounge and restaurant staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Big shoutout particularly to the executive lounge staff who made it an event very evening at the end of some long days. We felt valued the whole time we were there"

"It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. Also the bedside tables were really close to the pillow area on the bed with sharp glass corners, was a bit of a hazard in case of head bumps. Also had a fraudulent message from the hotel via Expedia's messaging system which I guess could happen to any hotel but would've...

"The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. "

"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! "
