"This hotel is not a 5* it’s for sure by far a 7* resort! Forget Jumeirah forget kempinski, the voco forget everything…you want to be in heaven this is the place ST REGIS! By far the best hotel in muscat. It’s the burj of Oman. The staff, cleanliness, room, food, everything was to detail. Butler service was incredible. Big thanks to munia who really made my stay wonderful and as though it was my second home. A truly wonderful person with such unencrypted personality and knows how to transform your trip into an unforgettable memory. Truly irreplaceable and a valued assets and true gem to the st Regis! Highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting!"
