"The staff at check-in were incredibly efficient and accommodating. They got us into our room early and since our room was a little tricky to find they showed us how to get there. They had even already taken our luggage to our room ahead of us. The first evening there was a plate of fresh fruit when we got back to our room and the mini-fridge always had two bottles of complementary water. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"Property was nice. Concierge was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was cozy with nice touches throughout making the stay comfortable. Location was on a quiet street situated away from crowds but perfectly accessible to the areas you want to be in. "

"The staff were amazing - from check in to the conceirge to the door men all were exceptional. We loved the piano bar and the restaurant staff and food was top notch! The 9th floor bar had amazing views and cocktails! The room was checked throughout the day as requested for garbage removal and towels and bed turndown. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"
