"Easy parking on level 2 at the Grosvenor shopping centre car park which gives you direct access to the hotel. Speedy check in at reception and out luggage stored and taken to our room whilst we were in the City. The room we had (superior double) was huge and had every comfort you could imagine with a King Size bed. Evening Dining was exceptional as was breakfast. Big shout out to all of the staff who were all superb, considerate , professional and provided a first class service. "

"Excellent service and stay. I was blown away by our stay and we enjoyed every minute. From entering, sitting in reception with a glass of champagne, to leaving and being handed a bottle of water for our journey home. "Lovely hôtel - perfect for Lake Windermere. Facilities in the hotel are great: there are even wellingtons you can borrow to do a woodland walk. The restaurant is fantastic with high quality food. The lounge and reception area have wonderful open fires which make it feel really cosy. Our feature room was fantastic and roomy."

"Location is near the city centre it has a free car park check in was at the leisure centre desk was ok our room was up three stairs nice fairly new room with air conditioning and a fan because it seemed to be fairly warm with a sitting room with full kitchen table for 4. Folk 2tvs it has a swimming pool with spa good for checking out Lytham st Anne’s"

"Mark who we met on arrvial could not have done anymore to assist us whiles we were there. It’s by far the best B&B me and me partner have stayed in. Easy parking and a 10 minute slow walk into keswick. We'll be back again!! "

"We came here after we got married for a little mini-moon. The room had rose petals on the bed which was a nice touch from the hotel - thank you! We stayed in the Flamingo room and made the most of the lovely copper bath. It was gorgeous. Big room with a seperate area with sofa tv and kitchenette. Perfect for one night but could also be good if you were staying longer. Couldn’t fault the hotel, had everything we needed and staff were super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back...

"Really great boutique hotel / restaurant, think the name gives away the sort of menu you get with a well stocked bar & wine cellar. The parking was easy. The food is excellent & staff knowledgable, friendly & helpful. The rooms have been given an upgrade & are in a fantastic modern style with really comfy kingsize bed. "

"Great hotel, bar and restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and modern. It would have been nice to have had the heating on when we arrived but appreciate that we’d recently had a change in weather. Bar has wide selection of drinks and food is excellent. Views are fantastic on a clear day and outdoor seating is available. Would (and have) happily recommend to friends and family"
