"It says only 5 star hotel in Pokhara but limited hot water shower and lack of other facilities like jacuzzi and all. It doesn’t meet the standard of a 5 star hotel. Staffs were polite & friendly though."

"It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel. "

"I was the only one at the 4 suite hotel. The decor was unusual for its being in a rural Nepal setting. Kind of over the top with velvet curtains and chandeliers. The suite was huge. I had two sofas ,refreshment bar and TV in the sitting room and another big TV, desk and chairs, big wardrobe, private balcony in the bedroom and toilet, bidet, soaking tub and surround shower in the bathroom.
