Mr. Park is amazing, kind and caring! He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Also, he is quite fluent in English, so it was smooth communication.
It’s not the fanciest room, but a good deal to get free breakfast, clean rooms upon request, and free laundry room.

Great receptionist and hotel was very clean every day. They gave us advise about taxis in the area which led to the success to our trip.

The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here.

Clean and comfortable hotel. They upgraded me to a larger room at no cost (and without my asking). Good location with many dining options and a shopping district close by. Also a nice park kitty-corner across the street on either side of a river - great for an afternoon walk.
