South Stradbroke Island 5 Stars Hotels

"The staff were very slow in all interactions and the hotel was not well signposted from the car park (we didn’t know there was a casino). When we arrived we couldn’t find the reception to begin with. Once we did, check in was very slow - the staff member tried to charge me twice and failed to return my passport until I asked for it. The rate we found online on The Star website was cheaper than what reception were trying to charge us, so we had to stand their and book it online at the desk, when...

"The reason for my overnight stay was related to business which meant a late check in and an early check out. The property was beautifully maintained, quiet, all the staff were so accommodating and friendly, car parking was easy. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful. I would definitely stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort again. Thankyou for looking after me."

"Love this hotel. My previous stay was a bit nicer though. Stayed in the same type of room as last time, however the layout was different and not as clean. Side note, the rooms need better air circulation. Aircon is good but it's still quite stuffy inside. "
