"The Sea Containers exceeded my expectations. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The lobby area and bar and restaurants were all beautiful and delicious. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom with great lighting and perfect for sharing with a friend. The location on the Thames was perfect, near the London Eye, great shopping, restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London!"

"Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. Had a wonderful welcome .. luggage was sent to our room whilst out ( thought that was a great touch ) never experienced that before. Bar staff also friendly and breakfast was delicious. Great variety in choice. Great location too. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"

"We had the most amazing 4 night stay at the Dilly. The service was phenomenal from front desk, concierge, bell hops, and anyone we encountered really. The hotel was comfortable and felt upscale. My last night there they dropped off Champaign, fresh fruit and treats). You can’t beat the location for central to shopping (Regent St , Bond st shops, Fortum and Mason) dining (SoHo and Carnaby) and tube stations (Piccadilly and Greenpark are both close by). We definitely stay here again when I stay...
