"Take your hard earned money and spend it on literally any other hotel. I can’t express enough how much I regret booking this hotel. The staff member we dealt with at the front desk was beyond rude, dismissive, a liar, and the rooms are worse than many hostels. Our shower didn’t drain and flooded the whole bathroom. This leads me to believe nothing is being cleaned properly. If it was, they’d know the shower wasn’t draining and would have fixed the problem instead of putting more guests in the room. The bed was hard as a rock and also had a giant bump in the middle. And all this for the posted price of 300€/night? Shameful. So again, spend your money literally anywhere else."

"We really enjoyed this hotel with its boutiquey feel and excellent amenities. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless, and the unique decor and amenities, including complimentary L'Occitane products and one of the best shower heads I've ever experienced, provided a good respite after a long day of touring the city! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was located in an ideal part of the city, allowing for easy walking to most arrondissements and locations. The only complaint would be the communication regarding having an airport shuttle in the listing. A private car service can be booked at a cost (more than a local Uber or taxi), but there is no shuttle. "
