"This place and staff is absolutely terrible. I accidentally booked a room for 2 instead of 3 and they denied us staying there for “security reasons”. I asked if they offered cots for us to even just stay there for 1 night and they said no. It was also 8 pm when we arrived so we had to sit there and find another hotel to stay at with absolutely no assistance from Hotel Mayet. They also do not offer refunds so we are now fighting with them and the bank to get our 600 dollars back. I would never...
