"This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!"

"Continental Breakfast was hot and good ; staff were great , the outside walking areas could have been maintained a bit ( or place trash containers so smokers can put their used butts in it or could be staffing issues ) we did not have a chance to try their outdoor pool ( did see staff checking on it ) ; just so happened that our tub drainage was not the greatest so told the staff about it hopefully they fixed it when we left - they have an enclosed “ doggie park “ which is great for pet travelers ; minimal amenities but still clean beds, sheets and towels so we are good - Ziggies restaurant is right on the area with great food and big portions and wonderful servers."

"It ’s a beautiful and unique hotel. The room is spacious and clean, it has all you need and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! They have a restaurant with great food and professional staff, the manager, Jennifer, took very good care of us. The valet staff were very friendly and hard working! Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk at check in was very cold and unwelcoming."
