“It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.”

“We had an excellent stay. We had a suite with adjoining room for a girls trip. The room was very big and clean. Staff was very friendly. Free parking in the city is a huge perk!”

“Hip, well designed, unique boutique hotel. For a one night stay, this hotel had everything we needed and a cool vibe. For a longer stay… gluten free, vegetarian menu options would have been nice. Design was beautiful, but it is an older building and the street traffic is pretty loud. This is something to note if several night stay. Convenient for us with one night, but the valet parking was $30 for the night and street parking was pretty nonexistent when parked almost on the bridge. ”

“We got into town well before check-in time. We traveled with two cars due to luggage. Even though we weren’t able to check into our room, the front desk staff offered to hold our luggage so we could drive around the city with one car… Anybody who’s navigated Pittsburgh knows that this is a big help. I also requested extra pillows when I made my reservation online… When we got to our room, there was a pile of pillows waiting for us. The the rooms were large, clean and modern. “Very nice The room was hot the first night but they took care of it immediately Also they did erroneously charge my room for items in the shop, but they took care of that. Wasn’t sure why they wouldn’t just look at the cameras and see who it was that used our room number, but maybe they did that after we checked out. Ultimately it was a nice stay and the hotel was nice”

“My only issue is that there was no orange juice at breakfast, several of the other guests felt the same. Most people like OJ with breakfast, not orange juice or flavored water.”
