"The room was disgusting! I had found a roach in my room on the bed. The room was meant for non-smoking, but the sheets and covers had burn holes all over them. The door to the shower and toilet had dried toothpaste on it & was brown from not being cleaned. The wall by the refrigerator was also dirty and brown. The outlet for the hair dryer was not working. Lastly, the breakfast was only packaged muffins, packaged oatmeals, and sliced bread with juice. Also, there were homeless people hanging out on the property and someone was sleeping in their car outside my room. "

"Never a great sign when the entrance to the office is boarded up and you only can interact with staff through a window. No real amenities except for wi-fi."

"The check in was smooth. The room not so much. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the door had a gap at the bottoms which let the cold air in. If the room next to us took a shower it was loud enough to wake us up. We won’t stay again. "
