Apartment was lovely and clean and cosy. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is great, quiet area but not far from the centre which is ideal. A special mention to the owner who went over and above to reunite us with a bag we'd left behind, we were very grateful. Thanks for a great stay in Aberdeen.

Great stay in Aberdeen Serviced Appartment.

Easy check in with details via email. Appartment was clean and comfortable. Big fridge freezer and a modern washing machine were great. Designated parking space was excellent. A good Chinese takeaway a few steps from the block. Outside the Aberdeen Low Emission Zone.

Stayed here for four nights and have to say was really impressed. Has everything we needed and more. Continental breakfast was a lovely gesture. Very convenient for a city break and also very quiet so ideal for relaxation, also having your own parking space is great. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment

A very comfortable stay in a spacious and well-equipped apartment. Generally quiet, although obviously some external noise from adjoining blocks. Good to have allocated parking on site and very handy for Duthie Park and the city centre. An excellent breakfast left in the kitchen. Clean linen and towels. Overall very clean, although kitchen could be a little cleaner and I prefer a new washing up sponge rather than a used one. A very minor point, but I was impressed overall and was delighted to be offered a larger apartment. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend to others and would certainly stay here again.

It’s got everything I want

I use these Apartments on every visit to Aberdeen, probably used them 8 times this year, great location with parking for van. Good Chinese takeaway about 150 yards away. Great continental breakfast provided. If If I can’t get a one bedroom apartment I’ll happily pay for a 2 bedroom to here and I regularly do.

Excellent stay whilst visiting friends and family. Spotlessly clean apartment, with well equipped kitchen. Very pleased to get an allocated on-site parking space. Bins were emptied and new towels appeared during our 5 night stay.

I will definitely stay again.

I booked the apartment on the day of arrival and was really pleased with this choice, I received a text message and email with excellent entry and parking instructions. On arrival the fridge was stocked with a very generous continental breakfast and fresh fruit. I ordered a Just Eat meal from Burger King and it was really quick. I enjoyed a great nights sleep so this will probably be my first choice for my regular stays in Aberdeen.

Couldn’t recommend this company anymore

Third time I’ve stayed here. Just simply the best, most straight forward, easiest and comfortable company to stay with in Aberdeen. Flat is kept to a high standard and the the owner is exceptionally professional and accommodating. I’ve stayed at several units during my trips to this city and would now not stay anywhere else. With so many let down and apartments failing to live up to their claims and expectations.....this company is simply a must go to for any business traveler. With excellent value ontop....it’s a no brainier.

Simple way to get in, just unlock safe with key, same with the check out. House is enormous, clean, with TV license, very fast broadband and delicious breakfast. If you are in Abeerdeen and looking for place to spend night at, this property is more than great.

Clean, tidy and in first class condition. Information provided with regard to entry was easy to understand. No problem with noise. Only problem was unable to understand heating system as no instructions were left.

Wohnung ist relativ modern und mit allem nötigem Ausgestattet. Mehr aber auch nicht. Einrichtung ist lieblos. Weiße Wände ohne Bilder, Uhren oder ähnliches. Das inbegriffene Frühstück bestand aus einigen Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank und ist für mehrere Tage nicht ausreichend (0,5Liter Mich, 2x0,3Lit Orangensaft, 3x50g Kornflages, 2x Müsliriegel) Als kleines Dankeschön an den Gast ok, aber als Zimmerausstattung völlig fehl am Platz! Zugangsdaten zur Wohnung werden am Morgen der Anreise per Email versendet. Ohne Mobiles Internet muss man beim Vermieter hinterher telefonieren.

Convenient and roomy

accommodation for one night stay in Aberdeen on business. Accommodation could do with been redecorated. Heater in the lounge and spare bedroom did not work . But I would stay here again.
