“We feel as though we are somehow doing Trump MacLeod House some sort of disservice by calling it a Hotel as from arrival we never felt that we were staying in a Hotel. It felt more as though we were guests in a Baronial home. The standard of service, food and accommodation was exceptional. The entire Staff made us feel at home from the moment of arrival. The quality of finish and standard of housekeeping was second to none. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. 5 stars all the way! ”

House was rather noisy from the elements outside (wind though the old fireplace that has not been covered correctly) plus the noise from interior such as boiler. “Staff were great, as was the room (very spacious). Hotel is located in a convenient area with lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. My only issue was that there was some sort of benefit dinner/event being held in the event hall on the main floor, so it was very loud in our room late into the night. ”
