"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. I arrive to the hotel & called the front desk from the car to ask where the parking is or to send me the valet.
